They play a mixture of surreal comic songs (such as "Toxic Swamp", "Randolph got a Haircut" and "Something Funny in the Water") and serious stuff ("Don't Get Obsessed" and a cover version of "Help Me Rhonda").
They have two albums out on tape and three CDs ("Even One is Quite a Few", "Toxic Swamp and Other Lovesongs" and "Search For Eggplantis").
The song "Earl the Squirrel" was a hit in Kansas in August 1998.
The Scotsman newspaper published an article in 1998 saying that badges with the Eggplant logo on were this year's coolest accessory.
The band's theme song is "Savage Eggplant"
This picture was taken at Cafe Graffiti where there was a giant moose head on the wall.
So far, Kenny hasn't written any songs about moose, although AJ, also shown in this picture, gets a mention in "The Career Song" ("you could be an archaeologist, I think you'd look good in one of those helmets"). Click here to see the Experimental Archaeologists at play.
The song "Eddie's Appartment" has been changed to "AJ's Appartment" as a birthday dedication at two Fringe gigs. Eddie is said to appreciate being let off the hook occasionally.
